Hi, everyone! We have a little course called " Assessment of Learning and competence" with  Irma Kunnari, M.Ed., Principal Lecturer in this week. 

Today we had worked in a group. I was with Gulden, Beimbet  and Rinat. We had good interesting time. I hope that our group archived a success. We drawed a process of assessment in our context. In particularly, in our groups' imagine. Now, I will describe our creation in shot.  

Course name: The best Finnish experiences of education and implementation in Kazakhstan. 

Time period: 1month

For whom: Local teacher

The place: local schools and resting zone, outside of the school

Instructors: teacher who stadied in Finland.

Integration lesson

Expectations: teachers will use all innovative tools and methods in their lessons. 

Final result of learning: create e-portfolio by using Web site ( upload video, Photos, presentation and etc. )

Teachers will write learning dairy in particularly, reflection their work with students on the blog. They will share their experiences. To achieve this goal we will follow this steps:

Learning platform for us: We will create Google site for saving materials or announcments giving feedback. Also, we will use Facebook, gmail+, Blogger. 

Now, I want to stress about our assesment methods which we will use:

Prior assessment: 

Divide teacher into a group 

present the objective of this course

Teacher have to represent their expectations from this course. By using different tools ( iPad or poster). By doing this instructors can construct the picture of leveys of the teachers. Also, teachers can Self Assess themselves. Give them feedback. 

Assesment at the begining of the couse: explaining the Ipads apps and use them, use the whole capacity  of Google famili, socrative questions, mobile learning and flipped classroom etc. 

We Will Give them assingment to the teachers to use any of them in their lesson and they have to reflection on the own blog.

Criteria of assessment 

Creating materials;

Reflection her/his experiences (self assess)

Feedback from other teachers

Assessment during the course:

Create lesson plan using any of following methods:

DIALE, E E, ICT and etc

Instructors will give them feedback their works in private way ( passed or not). Instructors guide teachers by giving feedback. Also, in group teacher will create online hangout group to share, discuss their experiences. 

Final assessment: 

Assess the final product of teachers, which consists:

Blogs;

Movie, video and etc

Observation about their work

Research work as a thesis of thechers about implementing interesting, suitable methods and reflection of using exactly methods.
