Physics lesson

  During the pedagogical internship we will observe lessons in different Finland schools. I have been tried to understand or find out  "How did the teacher interact with the student ? " , "what kind of teaching and learning methods the teacher uses during the lesson ?" and one of the major questions is "How does the teacher motivate and activate the students ?" and other.
   My first observation lesson was a physics lesson in Kaurialan high school. Unfortunately, the lesson was in Finnish.  I and my college Samat observed the lesson.
   The lesson thought Paula. Moreover, she teaches chemistry. During the my teaching shadowing I could not find something a new that I can apply to my classroom. Also,I could not see any a new special pedagogical methods or way in the lesson.  In spite of this,  the lesson achieved success. Most of students understood main point of the lesson. I think , teacher was able to motivate the students to learn many details themselves.  In my point, the focal key in the lesson was warm atmosphere. Teacher was more freedom than own classroom, without any tension.
      In addition, there are following fundamental reasons that creates every lesson successfully:
  •  low power distance  between teacher and student ;
  • a opportunity to choose which subject they would like to learn.

These mean that most of the students  came to upper secondary school already know to study the subject.
