My pedagogical training course started in Kauriala upper secondary school. Yesterday we had meeting with headmaster of Kauriala upper secondary school. Firstly, he presented presentation about Kauriala upper secondary school. In generally, 3 upper secondary school are in Hämeenlinna area. In particularly, the Kauriala upper secondary school is the biggest and the most popular in Hameelinna. Moreover, the high school has good results in Matriculation Exam. The school has "Leading the organization of experts" attitude. That means every teacher has to be expert. I personally think, that the school has warm or convenience atmosphere. Management time takes important place in management system of school. Every year the staff of school set main goals. There are following main goals for this year: sustainable development, active citizenship and entrepreneurship, Ict-projects and other. These goals create totally life of school.
In briefly, "Inspire, Trust and Appreciate" - it was key words of principal of Kaurelia upper secondary school.
