In this week we had a lecture about “Entrepreneurship Education” with Finnish Senoir Lecturer Heikki Hannula. Most of us had in minds  following questions: ”What does mean Entrepreneur Education ?”, “How can teacher develop entrepreneurial skills of student ?”, ”What kind of experiences or implementations has Finnish education system ?” and “What kind of benefits we can  take for our education system?” and etc.
In my point of view, after the training I find out answers for some questions. Now, let me reflect my contemplation in short.
People face with different situation and challenges  in day life. Moreover, a dynamic economy, which innovativeness and new jobs require  young people, whom have the spirit and inquisitiveness  mindset. Nowadays, most of young people eager to become entrepreneur, whom want to launch own commercial or social ventures or who  want to be innovator in the wider organizations. In other words, people whom has ambition to be successfully in life.
Requirement of society demands to educate entrepreneurial young people. That’s why, education is the key to create and develop entrepreneur culture.

At the beginning of the training to figure out answers to the questions which I mentioned above. Firstly, we asked the question “Who is entrepreneur ?” and “What kind of quality has entrepreneur ?” I with my colleagues created following mind map  “Entrepreneur”.
People are not only born entrepreneurs, but they are able to grow up as entrepreneurs. According by (Joseph A. Schumpeter, 1942, adopted from Read et al. 2011): “An entrepreneur is a person who is willing and able to convert a new idea or invention into a successful innovation, simultaneously  creating new products and business models largely responsible  for the dynamism of industries and long-run economic growth”. On other words, individual whom has ability to turn idea  into action.
Essential knowledge, skills and attitudes creates entrepreneurial competence. Necessary knowledge includes context in which people face opportunities or
challenges  with an employer and organization in life or work. It also claims give students  awareness about “How they can avoid or solve problem in need way ?”.
          Skills such as planning, negotiations, organizing, managing, analyzing, delegation, leadership, evaluating  and de-briefing  are requirements of entrepreneurship education. Moreover, ability to work an individual and collaboratively in teams.
Entrepreneurial attitudes characterized by innovation in life. It means as a teacher we have to push our students to reach their goal.
During the section we have workshop is called “Entrepreneurship in Rocket science”. It was interesting workshop. The main objective of this workshop was to develop , figure out entrepreneurial skills of students. It was interesting point for me as a teacher.
The last day of the training Heikki introduced for us experience is called “Learning Entrepreneurship Education in Vocational teacher education” by coordinating EU and HAMK university of science. “Curriculum is the most important argument directing teacher education” was a starting point of the project. Since 2006, HAMK university in particularly Pedagogical Teacher Unit has had a group of students emphasizing entrepreneurship education in their professional/vocational college. Teacher used the following circle:
Teachers used sequentially methods: blended learning, learning diaries, discussions and dialogues in Moodle and classroom.  Students have mainly positive attitude in entrepreneurship.Vocational (and professional) teacher students seem to understand the growing role of entrepreneurship in working life
 In my view, if we implement such kind of implementations, we should be carefully. Because such kind of experiences can influenced for students and teachers in another way.
At the end of the training we detect following pedagogical solution:
         The teacher as instructor and facilitator;
         Learning by doing;
         Utilising the learners' skills and strengths;
         Co-operative methods.
Learning Environments:
Utilisation of real-life situations
         Working-life projects
         Optional courses, and club activities.
Education has a great role in supporting entrepreneurship. I  consider that we as a teachers are able to shape young people’s attitudes , skills and culture. However, to develop students skills I should improve my professional knowledge and also be always search news. It means to develop entrepreneurial skills of student firstly I have to be creatively.
Last Entrepreneur Education training was very interesting and important for me. However, we should learn more knowledge and participate in different training, projects and etc. It would be better if we see more Finnish Entrepreneur Education projects. Thank you for your attentions. I hope you enjoy by reading my regularly reflection)).
